
De Lacy holds a BA(FA) (2017) degree from the University of Pretoria in South Africa, her hometown. She currently resides in The Netherlands but draws upon her lived experiences from South Africa, China, The UK and The Netherlands.

De Lacy has exhibited in various countries, some of the works visual and some installation. Her most recent solo exhibition was in Enschede, The Netherlands at a Local cultural community hub, Tankstation. She Exhibited The Knotted Entity that started in South Africa then migrated to The Netherlands alongside her. She aims to continue the project in different countries and locations.

De Lacy’s work is situated in the individual and collective social experiences that navigates through multiple nuances of trauma and play. She uses different techniques, mediums and experimental approaches to challenge and explore this in more depth.
